Homemade Hot Chocolate

Here's a delicious easy homemade recipe that I make during fall and winter months.

Take 2 tablespoons of hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder,  mix with 2 tablespoons of regular granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of original coffee creamer mix all together. Then divide hot cocoa mix between two mugs,  add 6-8 oz of hot water to each mug. Add two squirts of chocolate syrup and then top off with Reddi whip. Also if you want to make more of this recipe just double the ingredients above. Also tell me your variations of hot chocolate. As always thanks for looking at my blog. See you next time! Stay tuned for my Halloween cupcakes.

Here's some variations:

Add a peppermint candy cane to it to make it peppermint hot chocolate

Or add a dash of cinnamon to make cinnamon hot cocoa

Or a handful of mini marsh mellows

Also you can take a ghost peep and stick it on a pretzel rod and you have spooky hot chocolate!

Or to make festive for December you can take a peppermint star peep or a Christmas tree peep, stick it on a candy cane and you have Christmas themed hot chocolate.

All Purpose product and more

Here's an all-purpose product that serves more than one purpose. Take a spray bottle and fill with original Listerine. One of the purposes is it will disinfect wooden surfaces, sinks and counters. Another purpose is to spray on your indoor plants to keep bugs off  of them and keep them healthy. If you spray the leaves of your indoor plant, it will have them looking clean and pretty.

Cleaning tip # 1

Here's an easy cleaning tip to help clean those pans with stuck on food on them take 3 tablespoons of baking soda and 1/2 cup  white vinegar. Put on stove and turn up heat to medium-low for about 10-15 minutes. Also depending on the size of your pans you may have to add more or less of two ingredients above. But time on the stove stays the same. After time is up ....scrub with soap and rinse well.

Buttered Angel hair Smoked Sausage

Hi Everyone, this week's recipe is a new one my Mom came up with for something different to do with smoked sausage. It's delicious but also good for you to. So this is how you make it: Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, add 1 any colored bell pepper: cut into strips (red preferably) then add medium sized white onion chopped and saute them together until tender about 10-15 minutes. Then add 1 pkg of any flavored hill-shire farms smoked sausage sliced, then while that is cooking, bring a medium pot of water to a boil with 2 tablespoons oil olive in the water then break up pasta add to the boiling water for 6 minutes drain it. Then add 1 stick of room temperature unsalted butter to the pot of pasta let melt all over the pasta then add half of a 8 oz. package Italian cheese blend to the pasta. Then add remaining cheese to the smoked sausage mixture let it melt. You can serve seperate with the pasta or you put the smoked sausage mixture over the pasta and eat that way. Serve with your favorite veggie.
